Stabality, Inc. is a financial technology company. Stabality is not a bank. Banking services, including your routing and account number, are provided by [Partner Bank], Member FDIC. Digital-asset custody is provided by [Custody Provider], a licensed trust company.
Your Stabality balance represents US dollars held for your benefit at our partner bank and/or USDC held for your benefit with our custody provider, on a one-to-one basis. USD balances at the partner bank are eligible for pass-through FDIC insurance, subject to the bank's terms and FDIC rules. USDC is not legal tender, is not FDIC insured, and is issued by Circle Internet Financial.
Yield is paid by Stabality from its own revenues and is not interest paid by a bank. The rate is variable, may change at any time with notice on our website, and is not guaranteed. Yield is reported to tax authorities where required.
Blockchain transactions are irreversible. Sending USDC to an incorrect address, an unsupported network, or a smart contract that cannot receive it may result in permanent loss. Stabality cannot recover such funds.
